DC Mag, Editorial Image. June06.

This image, (or something similar) will be appearing in June's issue of DC. By some strange phenomenon, our rose bush outside of the house here in Georgetown is going nuts right now. Since the wine happened to be Rose, I though, why not try to incorperate it into the background. I love the results. -kk Posted by Picasa

SONOMA

The Sonoma Resturant & Wine Bar is one of the greatest resturants/meals/wines/pairings/etc... I've ever had the pleasure of eating/shooting at. The warm, inviting atmosphere is accented with plenty of exposed brick walls and non-traditional cement bar and tables. The entire setting is made even more pleasant by the oak wood flooring... And why haven't I spoken about the food yet? There's too much that makes me smile about this place. Dinner is what you make it at Sonoma, meaning that should you want a traditional sit-down 4 course meal, they have an incredible menu, (sonomadc.com) but should you want an old-world, european cured meats and cheeses with your choice of over 40 wines by the glass, they offer enough variey to keep you coming back for weeks. Sonoma, located right behind the Capital, on Penn Ave, is one of the best resturants I've ever had a meal at, in DC.
